Zachary Lahlou
Billing Coordinator
Zachary Lahlou has worked in billing and finance since his first professional experience in college. As the first in his family to graduate, he proudly earned his degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Salem State University. Zach approaches every situation with an efficient and solutions-oriented mindset, believing that strong processes benefit both the team and the clients they serve.
At Seltser & Goldstein Public Adjusters, Zach is motivated by the company’s mission to help people recover what they deserve. He finds particular fulfillment in assisting clients with their personal property checks, recognizing that these funds often represent more than belongings—they represent memories, comfort, and stability.
Zach takes pride in building on his strong foundation in finance while continuing to grow and contribute to the firm’s success. He was initially drawn to Seltser & Goldstein by the appeal of the public adjusting field, and now deeply values the supportive work environment and the shared purpose of helping clients overcome adversity.
Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time outdoors no matter the activity. He is also an enthusiastic sports fan and especially enjoys cheering on the Boston Bruins.
