William McElroy
Project manager
After spending years as a desk adjuster, I found the role to be less fulfilling than I expected. Much of my time was spent giving homeowners difficult news, which became draining over time. The calls where I was able to deliver good news were always the most rewarding, but unfortunately, those approvals were few and far between. Transitioning into public adjusting has allowed me to feel like I am truly helping people. It is much more fulfilling to know that someone is depending on me during a difficult time and that I have the opportunity to advocate for them when they need support the most.
