Stephen Marcus serves as a Supplementing Admin at Precision Public Adjusting, where he reviews carrier estimates, identifies missed line items, and helps pursue additional owed scope to ensure homeowners are properly indemnified. Before entering the public adjusting industry, Stephen spent 10 years in sales and deal negotiation, giving him a strong foundation in communication, strategy, and advocacy. Since joining PPA, he has brought that negotiation-focused mindset into the supplementing process, helping strengthen claim presentations and move files toward fair resolutions for homeowners.
