Ross Zuckerman
Building Adjuster
Ross entered the insurance field after seven years as a teacher. When he transitioned out of education, he sought a new direction and joined Travelers Insurance, where he spent seven years as an adjuster handling complex claims valued up to ten million dollars. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, a Master of Education, and an Associate in Claims.
Ross brings a strong depth of experience, particularly from the carrier side. His background gives him valuable insight into how carriers approach claims and the many challenges that can arise during the process. He enjoys working directly with clients and is driven by his own personal experience with a significant water loss, which motivates him to advocate for clients with care and empathy.
Ross chose to join Seltser and Goldstein after years of negotiating with its adjusters while at Travelers. He consistently found that every claim was managed with exceptional professionalism and a genuine commitment to helping insureds, and he appreciated the collaborative and solution-focused approach.
Outside of work, Ross enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, who is a two-time Olympic rower. He is also an enthusiastic supporter of the Kansas City Chiefs and the Boston Celtics.
