Before joining PPA, I worked as a ladder assist on the insurance side of claims. That experience gave me a clear view of the industry from the inside, often witnessing firsthand where carriers and their adjusters fall short in their coverage decisions. Because I lacked the authority to intervene then, I knew I needed a change—and joining PPA was the natural evolution. My professional roots go back to working with local unions, where I fought for fair compensation and better working conditions for employees. Transitioning into the role of a Public Adjuster has brought that mission full circle. I am driven by the opportunity to advocate for homeowners, ensuring they receive the fair and accurate compensation they deserve. Helping my clients navigate the complexities of their claims is a goal I fulfill with purpose every single day at PPA.
