Nyah started her journey into the insurance industry right out of high school. Starting as a receptionist and worked her way up as the Communications Coordinator. Where at the firm, she plays a key role in creating a positive experience for homeowners from their very first interaction. As one of the first points of contact, she welcomes clients, guides them through the initial stages of the claims process, and ensures they feel informed and supported every step of the way. With three years of experience at the firm, Nyah manages and streamlines the claim intake process, ensuring all incoming information is accurate, organized, and ready for the project managers. She enjoys improving workflows, maintaining attention to detail, and helping the team operate as efficiently as possible. Passionate about continuous learning, Nyah has developed a better understanding of the insurance claims process and the roofing industry.
