Luis brings many years of retail banking experience where he developed strong client service skills and a natural ability to support people during important financial moments. Seeking a career with deeper purpose, he chose to join Seltser and Goldstein to continue helping individuals through challenging situations. He later transitioned into the claims field, starting as a claims associate where he built a solid foundation in the claims process and gained technical experience through Xactimate 101.

Luis is committed to helping clients understand their coverage and guiding them toward the best possible outcome during stressful and unexpected losses. His calm approach and dedication to service make him a trusted resource for every insured he supports.

Outside of work he enjoys beach drives with his partner and their dog Meek and cheering on the Celtics, Red Sox, Patriots, and Real Madrid.
