She spent 6 years serving as a foreman, where she gained extensive experience leading crews, managing projects, and ensuring quality workmanship. In the two years before joining Precision Public Adjusting, Lesly focused on expending her knowledge and hands-on experience in the roofing industry. That time allowed her to strengthen her technical skills and deepen her understanding of roofing systems, ultimately preparing her for the opportunity to join her current team as Communications Assistant. Today, Lesly continues to build on that foundation by expanding her expertise in the roofing business, staying committed to professional growth, and delivering high-quality results for every project.
