Laura brings extensive administrative and customer service experience to Seltser & Goldstein. With a degree in Marketing Engineering from Colombia and a certificate in E-Commerce and Digital Marketing, she combines technical knowledge with a strong client-focused approach. Laura excels at managing complex projects and finding solutions that deliver results.

She takes great pride in helping clients recover what they can and approaches every claim as an opportunity to make a difference. Her dedication to detail, problem-solving, and bilingual abilities make her a valuable part of the team.

Outside of work, Laura’s Colombian roots have inspired a deep passion for coffee. She enjoys learning about different beans, visiting coffee farms, and hopes to perfect her latte art soon. When she is not exploring the world of coffee, she loves watching soccer and attending Red Sox games.
