I began my career in the claims industry in 2013 as a roofing sales representative after a catastrophic South Atlanta hailstorm. While I never had a passion for selling roofs, that experience introduced me to the world of insurance adjusting. Leveraging "Roof Sales" with the perseverance, competitiveness, and discipline I developed in the Marine Corps, I joined Allstate Insurance as a local office adjuster serving metro Atlanta in 2015. Handling property claims gave me extensive experience with water, fire, vandalism, theft, wind, and hail losses. After a year and a half, I earned a position on Allstate's National Catastrophe Team (NCT), and moved over in September 2016. Working on the NCT sharpened my expertise while responding to some of the nation's most devastating natural disasters. From Hurricane Harvey's flooding in Houston to Hurricane Laura's destruction of Lake Charles, LA, our team was often among the first on the ground. I've adjusted claims from Atlanta to Hawaii and everywhere between. Along the way, I met Brittany Settambrino, founder of Precision Public Adjusting, who became a trusted colleague and dear friend. After working hundreds of claims together, she convinced me to bring my experience to the public adjusting side of the industry. I joined Precision Public Adjusting in 2024 to build and lead its Supplementing & Estimating Department and, following the firm's acquisition by Sill in late 2025, I am proud to continue that mission. Our focus is simple: be fast, fair, and accurate while ensuring every client is fully indemnified under their policy. We believe in doing the right thing for the right reasons, placing ethics and our clients' best interests at the center of every decision. I am proud to be part of the PPA/Sill team and to advocate for policyholders when they need it most. As we continue to grow, my commitment remains the same: deliver exceptional claim expertise, unwavering integrity, and the trusted guidance our clients deserve.
