I started with PPA as the 4th or 5th employee, when Brittany was first starting the company. I have known Brittany since childhood, and she needed someone who was trustworthy who was willing to get licensed and help enter into the Public Adjusting industry. I love to help people, especially those who cannot help themselves, so I fell in love with the job and day to day work. After my first couple years with the company, when we were still small, I left to work at Allstate to try to further help insured's out but from the other side of the claim. I thought having the checkbook in my hand from the carrier side, would allow me to pay out on claims and truly help. I found out pretty quickly that was not the case. Brittany reached back out to me after about a year and a half, and asked if I had ever thought about coming back to PPA, as they were growing and needed more adjusters. I quickly jumped at the opportunity as PPA is truly a great company to work with that has a family/friendly workplace environment. December will mark 4 years back with the company after leaving Allstate.
