Heather first connected with Seltser & Goldstein as a client after experiencing a devastating water loss in her own home. The compassion, expertise, and results she received inspired her to join the team so she could help others through similar challenges. Her personal experience allows her to approach each claim with genuine empathy and a clear understanding of what clients are going through.
Heather earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton, and is a Notary Public with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Her strong communication skills help her guide clients through the claims process with clarity and care. She is passionate about ensuring clients receive the full value of their insurance policies and takes pride in advocating for fair outcomes.
Originally from California, Heather moved to New England four years ago and loves exploring the region. At home, her family cheers for both LA and Boston teams, and she is an enthusiastic fan of Notre Dame football.
