Erin Spalding

Erin brings more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked with State Farm and Mapfre before joining Seltser & Goldstein three years ago. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate the claims process with compassion and expertise, ensuring their property is restored and their best interests are protected.

Erin is a licensed Public Adjuster, FMLA Certified, AIC Certified, and IICRC trained. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s in Forensic Psychology. Erin joined Seltser & Goldstein after witnessing firsthand the firm’s fairness and dedication while working on the insurance side. She was inspired to be part of a team that truly advocates for clients and brings order to chaos during challenging times.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time outdoors in the mountains or by the ocean, traveling, and cheering on her favorite teams—the Celtics, Patriots, Red Sox, and Ohio State Buckeyes. Most importantly, she is a proud mom of four and a grandmother to one.
