David Reggiani

David brings more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, including 13 years as the owner of his own company, Emerald View Associates, Inc. Holding an Unrestricted Builder’s License and a B.A. in Fine Art, he combines technical expertise with a creative eye for detail.

David has a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of construction, from excavation to finishing work, and is highly skilled in the Xactimate estimating program, which he has used since 1996. He takes pride in helping insured clients navigate the complexities of property loss and enjoys sharing his extensive knowledge with others. Among his many projects, he has estimated multiple commercial losses valued at $12 million to $15 million, as well as multi-million-dollar residential losses that featured unique and challenging structural components.

Outside of work, David channels his artistic background into woodworking, photography, and creative writing.
