Charles Ritter

Charles Ritter serves as the Partner Relationship Coordinator for Precision Public Adjusting, where he focuses on fostering, strengthening, and improving contractor partnerships, supporting business development initiatives, and helping contractors and homeowners navigate the insurance claims process. Prior to joining Precision Public Adjusting, Charles spent more than 13 years in sales and sales management with Shane Co., the nation's largest family-owned jeweler. Earlier in his career, he served for 20 years in ministry, where he developed extensive experience in leadership, communication, and relationship building. Charles attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he played football and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications. He later earned his Master of Divinity from Emory University.
