Aidan Churco

I spent two years contracting in the field and selling roofs for two separate companies, which gave me a strong understanding of the roofing process from the ground up. During that time, I came across Precision and knew it was a company I wanted to be part of. After three interviews and nearly a year of waiting for the right opportunity, I was brought on to assist in the supplementing department. After close to six months of gaining knowledge and experience in the public adjusting side of the industry, I was moved into the Project Manager role. In this position, I work closely with homeowners, carriers, contractors, and our internal team to help move claims forward, resolve scope issues, and make sure each claim is handled with the attention it deserves.
